The "Early Bird" price for the conference is due in full by August 13 and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cost includes lodging, meals (Saturday-Sunday) and a grab and go breakfast (Monday Morning), and activities.  If you are staying in Angels Motel you are provided in the motel room sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, washcloths, and bath mats. (Generally, Married Couples accompanied by their spouse and single females will stay in the Hotel).  If you are staying in Happiness dorm you have to bring your own sheets, pillow, blankets, towel, washcloth, and shower shoes. (Generally, single Males will stay in the Dorm). An email will be sent two weeks prior to the conference informing the conference attendees of what they need to bring.

 

Dinner Friday night is on your own.

Child care will be provided on Friday from 1900-2000, Saturday/Sunday 0900-1200 and 1900-2000.

The Registration From will require details specific details pertaining to your attendence.

​

Conference T-Shirts are available for $15. If you register after August 13 we cannot  guarantee you a T-Shirt.  Please bring money to pay for the T-Shirt at the conference.

If we could do this for free we would, but we can't...No such thing as a free lunch, right.

The primary method of payment will be via credit card through a secure Navigators Payment transaction site.  To   

​

Navigator Staff may pay using account transfer. This option is available on the registration form.

 

If bringing kids, please do not forget to enter and apply the age appropriate kid coupon codes (found in the registration section) to the payment form BEFORE submitting in order to adjust the conference pricing accordingly.   There will be childcare available during specific times - read the other side of the page to findout details.  

 

We will accept checks by exception only. Please contact the payment POC for coordination.

If you are paying through CTOF please contact Shawn Hatch at shawn.c.hatch@gmail.com for coordination.  If you don't know what CTOF is, then direct your inquiry toward Shawn Hatch or James Carter.  But, if you feel like being lazy right now, generally, CTOF funds are ministry sponsorship funds that come through the Chaplain's office of the post from which you are coming...it's like free chicken for your mission! Who doesn't like free chicken? Maybe these guys but not us!
